BOLASHAK (AI), a Kazakhstan-based human out-staffing firm, was processing high volumes of candidate CVs across web, email and personal search channels. Manual review and data entry created a recruiting bottleneck: inconsistent candidate profiles, slow screening, and limited pipeline visibility in their Dynamics 365 CRM environment. Awara IT was engaged to deliver an integrated solution that automatically ingests, recognizes and structures CV data using Azure AI and maps it into Dynamics 365 CRM.

The implementation converted unstructured documents (Word, PDF, JPG, PNG) into structured candidate records, enabling recruiters to filter, score and engage candidates faster. Outcomes focused on measurable operational improvements — reduced screening time per CV, higher structured data capture, clearer candidate pipelines and an auditable, secure intake process aligned with Kazakhstan data requirements. BOLASHAK received CVs in multiple formats and via multiple channels (website uploads, emails, and personal search). Recruiters spent significant time manually opening, reading and entering candidate data into Dynamics 365 CRM, creating inconsistent records and delays that reduced the speed of qualification and outreach.

Key pain points were: low structured-data capture from CVs, high manual effort for routine parsing tasks, slow time-to-fill for urgent roles, and poor visibility into candidate pipelines inside Dynamics 365. The fragmented intake process also made it difficult to apply consistent screening rules and maintain an auditable trail for compliance.

Dynamics 365 CRM was chosen as the canonical candidate relationship system because BOLASHAK already used the Microsoft stack and required a central, secure platform for candidate profiles, activities and pipeline reporting. Dynamics 365 provides role-based security, configurable entities and reporting that align with recruitment workflows and HR operations.

Azure AI was selected to handle document ingestion and entity extraction because of its robust OCR and Form Recognizer capabilities and native integration potential with Dynamics 365 via Dataverse and Power Platform. Awara IT recommended the Microsoft-centric architecture to minimize integration overhead, reduce security surface area, and ensure extensibility for future automation and analytics.

The solution was implemented with Kazakhstan data protection considerations in mind. Sensitive personal data extracted from CVs is stored in Dynamics 365/Dataverse with field-level encryption and access restricted by Azure AD roles. Document retention and consent flags were added to candidate records to support auditability. Where required, data residency and export controls were configured to use the nearest compliant Azure regions and to minimize cross-border transfers in accordance with local regulations.
