BUYK engaged Awara IT to deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to replace fragmented financial and operational processes and to establish a single, auditable source of truth for finance, procurement, sales and warehouse operations. Before the engagement, BUYK relied on a mix of legacy accounting systems, spreadsheets and siloed operational tools that produced inconsistent data and delayed financial close. Finance lacked dependable, timely reporting for cash flow forecasting, budgeting and compliance. Procurement and purchasing were largely manual: purchase orders were generated and tracked in spreadsheets, creating long cycle times and poor visibility into committed spend.

Warehouse and inventory controls were disconnected from finance, producing stock discrepancies and high carrying costs. The leadership team needed a reliable, up-to-date financial and IT management reporting system to support executive decisions and to scale operations without adding disproportionate headcount or custom infrastructure.

Year-end and vendor reporting workflows (including 1099 preparation support) were implemented to align with common US statutory requirements.
