BOLASHAK, a Kazakhstan-based human out-staffing company, engaged Awara IT to modernize its recruiting and hiring operations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central together with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement capabilities. The objective was to centralize candidate intake across channels, apply machine learning to parse CVs in any common format, and streamline the recruiting-to-contracting business process to reduce operational overhead and accelerate placements.

Awara IT delivered an integrated solution that combined Dynamics CRM functionality for candidate lifecycle management, Business Central for contracting and basic finance touchpoints, Azure AI for CV recognition, and Power Platform automation. The project focused on measurable outcomes: lowering manual processing time, improving recruiter throughput, and producing auditable, local-compliant contract flows.

Before the project, BOLASHAK handled candidate intake through multiple unconnected channels — website uploads, direct email, and personal recruiter submissions — which created duplicate records, manual re-keying and inconsistent candidate data. CVs arrived in Word, PDF and image formats and required human review and manual extraction of skills, experience and contact details.

Recruiters and HR teams used ad hoc spreadsheet processes and a legacy HRB system for employment records. Contract generation, approval and signature were slow and error-prone. Management lacked reliable pipeline visibility and KPIs to forecast placements and measure recruiter performance, which impeded scaling and compliance with local labor regulations.

BOLASHAK chose Dynamics 365 because it offered a unified Microsoft stack that aligned with existing investments (Azure, Power BI, Microsoft 365) and supported fast integrations across CRM, finance and HR touchpoints. Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement provided configurable candidate lifecycle and business-process automation while Business Central addressed contract/financial handoffs without building a bespoke finance connector.

The Microsoft ecosystem also enabled use of Azure Cognitive Services for CV parsing, Power Automate for orchestrating channel intake, and Power BI for dashboards — enabling a single vendor support model and predictable upgrade path. Awara IT was selected as the implementation partner for their Dynamics 365 experience and regional delivery capabilities.

The solution was localized for Kazakhstan requirements: candidate and employee forms support Russian and Kazakh language fields, contract templates were adapted to comply with local labor law provisions, and e-signature workflows were implemented to meet Kazakhstan electronic signature regulations. Awara IT ensured personal data handling followed Kazakhstan’s personal data protection expectations by applying field-level encryption, role-based access control, and audit logging within Azure and Dynamics 365.

Recruiters reclaimed time previously spent on manual processing, enabling them to focus on sourcing and relationship work. From a governance perspective, the project delivered auditable candidate records, standardized contract templates that reflected local statutory terms, and a single source of truth across HR, recruiting and finance touchpoints.
