Consolidating Dynamics 365 NAV for FLOWSERVE: Finance, Warehouse & Manufacturing

FLOWSERVE, a US manufacturer of oil flow control solutions, ran multiple installations of legacy Dynamics NAV 4.0 across three legal entities. Disparate ledgers, manual intercompany processes and fragmented warehouse workflows increased close times, inventory variances and order-cycle friction.
